DEPEX Sportswear Refund Policy:

At DEPEX Sportswear, we take pride in creating fully custom uniforms and apparel tailored exclusively for each customer, team, or organization. We only offer returns or refunds on custom orders if our team has made a mistake. Before placing your order, please review our refund policy and proceed with understanding and agreement.

Non-Refundable Custom Orders:

All custom orders are considered non-refundable. Once your order is confirmed and placed, it becomes a unique creation crafted specifically for you, and we cannot offer refunds.

Terms and Conditions:

Sizing:

We provide detailed size charts on our website at https://depexsportswear.com/size-guide/. Our products are meticulously crafted according to the measurements provided in these charts, with a tolerance of +/-10%. To avoid sizing issues, we recommend using our sizing kit or ordering a custom sample for accurate fitting.

Colors:

We utilize Pantone color codes from your designs or the closest match to ensure the desired color selection. While we try to replicate the colors accurately, variations may occur based on fabric type and printing process. Please provide specific color codes if necessary. Refunds for color issues are only applicable in case of obvious mistakes in color selection or if the mistake is made by our team (e.g., Navy instead of Sky Blue).

Designs & Graphics:

Our design team endeavors to faithfully represent your uniform and apparel concepts. However, minor variations may arise regarding placement, logo and number sizes, graphics, outlines, and other design specifications. To ensure precise reproduction, it is crucial to communicate and confirm design details in writing and within the design template.

Turnaround Time:

Our average turnaround time for custom orders is 15 to 25 business days (3-4 weeks) from order confirmation to the ship date. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping time, and delays with courier services may occur. Rush production options are available with a turnaround time of 15 business days (3 weeks) upon application of a rush charge.

Cancelled Orders:

Once payment is made, the production process commences promptly. In the event of order cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied to cover incurred expenses such as printing, fabrics, designs, and labor. The cancellation fee is determined based on the time elapsed since order placement.

  • 1-2 days = 15%
  • 3 days = 50%
  • 4 days = 100%

Return Policy:

If any issues arise with your items that qualify for a redo or credit, please report them within 7 days of receipt. Such issues may include design discrepancies, misspelt names, missing items, or apparel defects. Visual evidence of the problem must be provided for investigation, and replacement items will be shipped after 15 business days upon confirming the issue. If our team has made the mistake then we will take full responsibility and will make new team uniforms and custom apparel without any extra charge.

Warranty:

DEPEX Sportswear offers a 30-day warranty on all custom uniforms and apparel from the delivery date. If your item experiences rip, defects, or any damages within this period, we will replace it free of charge upon receiving proper documentation, including photos. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any damages or issues with your apparel. If the clothing has been misused, we will not be held liable for providing any new items.

Policy for Add-ons:

A 25% charge applies to all add-ons (under 10 pieces) if the client has previously ordered 10 or more pieces. For clients who have not ordered at least 10 pieces, a 40% charge is applicable for orders under 10 pieces. Add-on production time remains 3-4 weeks.

Policy for Rush Orders:

Rush orders incur a minimum fee of $350 or 20%, whichever is higher. The turnaround time for rush orders is 15 BUSINESS days from the day the order is placed (1 business day after payment). Please note that rush order delivery is not guaranteed, and if the order is not delivered within 15 business days, the rush fee will be fully refunded.

Policy for White-Labeling (Logo Removal / Custom Branded):

We offer white-labelling options for a minimum fee of $350 or 25%, whichever is higher. This service involves completely removing our DEPEX Sportswear logo from all products, leaving them blank or replacing them with your custom-branded logo.

Duties & Taxes:

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to duty fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the client’s responsibility and are not covered by DEPEX Sportswear. We primarily ship with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and you can find more information on their policies on their official websites.
